Description
In order to offer a sporty solution for urban scooters like Honda Forza 350, the R&D department of SC-Project developed a new product: the S2 silencer!
In terms of design, the new silencer model S2 is an evolution of the model S1, a real masterpiece of SC-Project range: totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap made in matt-black carbon fiber.
All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience and for this application – for race use only – the S2 muffler comes with removable dB-killer: the noise level with dB-killer installed is 90 dB at 3700 rpm; without dB-killer the noise level registered is 99 dB at 3700 rpm.
The voice of your Honda Forza 350 with SC-Project S2 exhaust will be simply exciting.
With the baffle installed, the noise level will be acceptable anyway.
More than the sound experience, this product allows a huge weight reduction (-70% if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 1.4 hp and 1.5 Nm (w-out the dB-killer installed).
The installation is plug and play, ECU remapping is not necessary.
The kit includes a precious carbon fiber heat shield.
Options available: muffler outer sleeve in titanium with laser engraving.
